Zn2+

Applications
- Drinking water
- Industrial waste water
- Galvanic industry
- Effluent water
- Surface water
- Boilers and cooling towers
Description
The determination ranges of the zinc analyzer vary from trace μg/L to 125 mg/L Zn2+ using the (optional) internal dilution module.
Method
Zinc reacts with the reagent zincon in a buffered alkaline solution to form a blue complex. The absorbance intensity is proportional to the zinc concentration in the sample and is measured at 660 nm.
